EliteFTS is committed to providing premium strength equipment and apparel; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-built equipment and certain specialty items may be subject to restocking fees or final sale terms.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your EliteFTS account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and apply the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team or use a carrier of your choice with tracking.
- 4.Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
